In-room meal
In-room meal is a Japanese ryokan service in which a personal guest room staff member will bring your meal to your room while observing your timing so that you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. All of our guest rooms are equipped with a dining room so that meals can be taken to your room without passing through your bedroom so as not to intrude on your space.
Personalizing
We strive to provide a different kind of hospitality for each of our guests. Whether it is an anniversary, a marriage proposal, or a family vacation, each guest has a different reason for staying with us.
For example, we can provide thorough "Omotenashi" by changing the service for each guest, such as putting up 100 candles for a marriage proposal, or bringing a cake to the room for a birthday or other anniversaries.
We always think of ways to make our guests never get bored no matter how many times they stay with us.
Events & Seasonal Events
The majestic Hakone mountain range and the Hayakawa River valley delight our eyes with their beautiful seasonal appearances. We would like to entertain our guests with seasonal decorations while cherishing the ancient Japanese customs and traditional events of living together with nature.
We also hold special events several times a year to express our gratitude for our guests.
